Science
This week is Science week!
When can a banana become a hammer?
When can an onion turn to glass?
When frozen to -196 degrees!
On Monday we kicked off National Science Week with some demonstrations of the power of removing heat using liquid nitrogen!

Year 7 students were treated to a visit by a Food Scientist on Tuesday!
For National Science Week, students engaged in an investigation into different ways to process orange juice.
They were able to give feedback live to see the data they were part of collecting!

To round out National Science Week, students worked hard to plant over 200 plants to revegetate a bank that had been overgrown with weeds.
Special mention to Talay and Jaxan who have attended every preparation and planting session. These students have shown a great commitment to this project over the past months.
