Grade 10 maths extended has got off to a very positive start.

The group is extremely diverse with 50% being made up of EAL students whose extension in maths often involves mainly understanding the language of the problem being attempted, they have been well supported by the presence of their EAL teacher Mr Andy Goodwin.

The group as a whole are working solidly with a wide range of current abilities, some reinforcing their normal class work and others really extending into complex problem solving.
